CANCELLATION POLICY
with so many no-shows / last minute cancellations, it’s only right for me to adjust the cancellation policy. I understand things come up and sickness happens, i will let a few things slide.. when you book, i am taking an hour or more out of my day to pamper you & this time exclusively for you! with that being said i will be charging 50% of your appointment cost. you MUST have a VALID card on file.
